6TH GRADE–

Language Arts: Finish concluding paragraph

Reading: Read 30 minutes; follow calendar

Social Studies:  Finish Conquest of the Inca worksheet

Math:  Finish Daily Reviews.   Do Basic Worksheet 188-189 and Enrichment Worksheet 176-177.  Log on to EDMODO and do the math drills if you want to.

Science: Finsh reading pages 25-27 if you did not in class – think about the subheadings as questions as you read.

 

7TH GRADE–

Language Arts: Follow mythology calendar

Reading:  gather information on your state for academic fair

Social Studies:  Finish Greek review worksheet

Math (Mrs. Long):  Test on Percents on Monday.  Know how to convert fraction/decimal/percent (equivalents), find the percent of a number (fraction method, decimal method, mental math).  Pass in Daily Review on Friday.

Math (Mrs. Giordano):Finish Percent review packet.  Test on Monday! Know converting Fract<->Decimal<->%, % of a # Fraction method and decimal method.

Science: 7C: questions on page 133 as assigned

7D: finish the highlighting, numbering, and outlining of the Continents formed and how Live Develped; pages 132-133.

 

8TH GRADE–

Language Arts: No homework

Reading: Phase II outline with thesis and works cited due Friday

Social Studies: Finish review sheet for chapter 8; Test Tuesday

Math (Mrs. Long):  Daily Reviews due Friday

Math (Mrs. Giordano): No homework! Have a good weekend.

Science:  Graph data from today’s Mass of Water lab

Algebra:  page 259-260:  #1-8, 21-23, 32-35
